Messages run on credits, bought separately from the subscription, so a clinic that sends fifty reminders a month isn't paying for a thousand. Your balance is on screen, you get a warning before it runs out, and reminders simply pause rather than failing silently.

One organization, one login, a clinic switcher in the header — and each clinic keeps its own patients, its own staff, its own price list and its own reports. Billing is per clinic, so two branches cost twice one branch and nothing extra for the second login.
